TL;DR to me is cody. It is possible the majority of the audience might not know what that means. Why not "Summary" or no title at all.

I like that the first page is super simple, and I understand that you need to display the data policy information and have it accepted, but it might be nice to have a transition so that it isn't a shock. Maybe a line on the first page that says "First we need to cover some technicalities" -> Continue.

The Specific data useage partial icon required some thought, is there not a better icon as this one seems like a multiple choice icon.

From a user's perspective what is held in the e.g. is how the user relates to the category. Can this not be moved up and more obvious so that the user can understand quicker and without thought?

Overall, I think this page could be more human.
